Nominate citizen of the year

Moorestown’s Rotary clubs and its Lions Club are seeking candidates for the township’s annual citizen of the year award.

Candidates can be nominated for voluntary community service and for contributing to the quality of life for residents. All nominations must be received by Tuesday, Dec. 2. The honoree will be announced later in December and feted at a February banquet at the Moorestown Community House.

Paper applications are available there or can be downloaded from the Rotary Club website by clicking on awards and nominations. They should be mailed to the Community House, 16 East Main St., attention John Burkhardt.
