The Cooper Center for Healing, Cooper University Health Care’s Division of Addiction Medicine, is expanding to Burlington County, joining the Cooper Primary and Specialty Care at JFK office in Willingboro.

“Addiction knows no geographical boundaries. We want to offer our critical services far and wide across South Jersey,” said Rachel Haroz, head of the Cooper Center. “The expansion of our services to Burlington County is one more step toward fulfilling our core mission to make excellent, compassionate addiction care accessible to all.”

An addiction medicine specialist will see patients in Willingboro every Thursday to offer the following addiction services: medications for addiction treatment; evaluations of substance use disorders; and referrals for specialized care, as needed.

Over time, the center for Healing will expand what is offered in Willingboro based on patient needs, including counseling and patient navigation. Existing patients in the Willingboro area can transfer their appointments to the new location. In-person telehealth appointments can be made by calling (856) 342-3040.
