Monroe Township, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and the National Fitness Campaign celebrated the opening of a new fitness court at Owens Park on Nov. 24. The fitness campaign was founded in 1979 when the first court opened. Courts have now been redesigned for the 21st century with a seven-movement and seven-minute fitness system.
