Hessians at war

Join Dr. Friederike Baer, a professor of history at Penn State, at the Mullica Hill library on Thursday, June 25, at 7 p.m. for a discussion on Hessian soldiers during the Revolutionary War. Her research focuses on the experiences of German-speaking people during the conflict and she will discuss her book, “Hessians: German Soldiers in the American Revolutionary War.” The program is supported by the New Jersey State Library and a REV250 grant.
