After 26 years of service, police Capt. Roy Wagner completed his final radio sign-off on Jan. 28 surrounded by family, friends, township leadership, community members and retired and active officers. Wagner grew up in Cinnaminson and joined the department in 2002. Over the years, he served numerous roles, and as a captain, oversaw the internal affairs unit.
