Man sentenced after guilty plea

A 25-year-old township man has been sentenced to four years in prison after he pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats against a Mullica Hill woman in 2024, according to the Gloucester County prosecutor.

Per documents and statements made in open court, Quasan Flowers was arrested in October of that year after police were called to the victim’s home, where she reported that Flowers had spit on her, scratched her arms and hit her on the head during an argument the night before. She also reported that he threatened to kill her with a firearm. 

Flowers also faced charges of aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a handgun.
