Gloucester County’s Wellness on Wheels van will provide mental-health and addiction services on site – completely stigma-free – from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 22, and Tuesday, Dec. 23, at the Pike Inn, 1861 North Black Horse Pike.
