More than 500 people in 20 groups volunteered to make Williamstown a cleaner place during the Clean Communities Team Up 2 Cleanup on May 9 at several spots across town. The effort was organized by the Monroe Township Parks and Recreation Department. Police helped provide protection for volunteers along busy roadways and the public works department alerted drivers.
