The recreation center at 80 Broadacres Drive in Gloucester Township will accept letters to Santa through Dec. 18. Include name and address so Santa can write back.


Saturday, Dec. 13

The fourth annual Christmas village featuring Christmas décor, gifts, trees, jewelry, live music, food trucks and activities for the whole family will take place at Veterans Park from 3 to 9 p.m. Enjoy a visit with Santa, free carousel rides for kids and the Mainstage Choir performance at 6 p.m., followed by the tree lighting at 6:30. Sunday, Dec. 14

The Gloucester Township Historic and Scenic Preservation Committee will host a holiday open house at Gabreil Daveis Tavern Museum from 1 to 4 p.m. Guests can take photos with Santa and listen to holiday music. The event is free.

Dec. 12 to 14

Free carousel rides at Veterans Park on Friday, from 5 to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 2 to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 3 to 8 p.m.
