In honor of Dr. Seuss

In honor of Dr. Seuss’s birthday and National Reading Month, state. Sen. Troy Singleton is hosting a children’s book drive through Tuesday.

New and gently used books will be donated to BookSmiles, an organization that puts stories into the hands of children by building classroom libraries and supporting communities in need. Donations can be dropped off Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the lobby of the senator’s Moorestown office, 400 North Church St., Suite 260.
