The Medford Historical Society will present its annual Quilt Show at Kirbys Mill from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a collection and display of handmade quilts and wall hangings by Berry Basket Quilters of Medford and other quilters. Event is rain or shine.

The American Red Cross urges donors to keep the blood supply top of mind and help save lives by making an appointment to give blood or platelets. Those who come to give by May 31 will receive an exclusive Red Cross solar lantern, while supplies last. To celebrate his June birthday, State. Sen. Troy Singleton is collecting “Birthday Cake Kit” donations including boxed cake mix, frosting cans or mixes, birthday candles, party decorations, disposable cake tins and balloons. Donations will be accepted Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the senator’s office located at 400 N Church Street, Suite 260, Moorestown. Items can be dropped off in the designated bin in the lobby. The drive will support Generation Family Success Center’s Birthday Program, which provides free birthday kits to families in need so every child can feel celebrated on their birthday.

The Senior Group of Medford will host Pickleball beginning in April. The program is an inclusive and engaging opportunity for individuals aged 55 and older to learn and enjoy the game in a supportive environment. The sessions will include the basic fundamentals of Pickleball, ensuring that participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills to start playing confidently. No experience is required. Medford Township is offering businesses and residents an opportunity to sponsor new banners for Main Street. This project originated with the Woman’s Club of Medford in 2015. Now, after eight years of proudly being displayed, it’s time to replace them. Each banner will include the name of the sponsor and will be attached to the light poles along Main Street.
