More than 150 law-enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS responders and other members of the public safety community recently gathered in Medford to celebrate the Burlington County Child Abduction Response Team (CART) becoming certified by the Department of Justice. The designation comes after a lengthy application process that involved a full-scale abduction scenario held last year.
