Twelve Gloucester Catholic High School students – Brennan Flood, Emmit Kiniry, Frank Lopes, Lily Watson, Maddie McDonald, Dan Solly, Owen Mollis, Sloan Hunter, Riley Piechowski, Regan Piechowski, Mary Morrison, and Bella Capone – helped lead a retreat for students of St. Mary’s School in East Vineland on October 15.

The students are members of Ambassadors for Christ, a retreat ministry based at Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish in Glassboro that brings together high school students from across South Jersey to share their faith with younger students.

Gloucester Catholic senior Mary Morrison served as Retreat Prefect, demonstrating a natural gift for leadership as she guided younger students through discussions, activities, and faith-sharing.

The retreat was directed by Aela O’Brien, Assistant Youth Minister at Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish, with Fr. Allain Caparas, a former GC Director of Catholic Identity and current member of the GC Board of Limited Jurisdiction.

“We are proud of these Rams for sharing their time, talents, and faith with the next generation of young Catholics,” Gloucester Catholic High administrators said.
