Williamstown’s Community Affairs Department wants to build a community of hope, healing and honest conversation.

The department hosts a weekly All Recovery Meeting where leaders provide a safe, welcoming place for anyone in recovery, anyone affected by addiction, in active addiction or anyone walking beside a loved one through their journey. The meeting takes place at 7 p.m. every Thursday at the Pfeiffer Community Center.

The sessions include peer support for all pathways of recovery – including loved ones – and the opportunity to share or just listen to judgment-free conversation.

“Whether you’re healing from substance use struggles – or you’re a family member, friend or survivor – you belong here,” the department said online.
