Mount Laurel police and the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating a possible hit and run in the early-morning hours of Dec. 29 that caused the death of a 49-year-old Magolia man riding an E-bike.
Police were dispatched at about 12:13 a.m. to the 1100 block of Route 73 South for a reported motor-vehicle crash involving the bike and what was believed to be a southbound white SUV that fled the scene. Anthony Caprio III died at the scene, according to poilice.
