Voters in Mullica Hill went to the polls on Nov. 4and elected members for the township committee and school board of education.
The Gloucester County Clerk’s Office has posted results from the election on its website, all of which are unofficial until a vote-counting process that could take more than a week is complete.
Vote totals do not include late mail-in and provisional ballots; they are expected to be tallied at a later date.
Harrison Township Committee
Three candidates competed for two, three-year term seats on the Harrison Township Committee. Candidate Michelle Powell received 3,736 votes while Incumbent Jeffrey Jacques received 3,576 votes.
Candidate Matthew Brown received the most votes with 2,678 votes There were 201 write-in votes.
Uncontested races also took place for the Harrison Township School District and Clearview Board of Educations.
For the former, there were three candidates vying for three, three-year term seats. Jennifer Bowen received 3,992 votes, Tim Bast got 4,000 votes and Walter Bright got 3,876 votes. There were 510 write-in votes.
For Clearview, one candidate ran for a three-year term. Joseph Schwab received 4,014 votes against 112 write-in votes.
Another candidate ran for an unexpired one-year term. John Williams received 4,004 votes against 166 write-in votes.
