Early voting in Burlington County for the Tuesday, Nov. 4 general election begins on Saturday, and elections officials are alerting voters to additions and changes in polling locations.

Nine locations will be open during the early-voting period, which will continue through Sunday, Nov. 2, two more than the seven available before the 2024 general election. Added were the Cinnaminson Community Center, 902 Manor Road, and the Faith Deliverance Worship Center, 1204 Route 130 North in Burlington Township.

The latter replaces Tabernacle Baptist Church in Burlington City, an early-voting site for the primary. In addition to those locations, early voting in Evesham/Marlton is now at the Blue Barn Recreational Facility, 1004 Tuckerton Road in Marlton, a replacement for Evesham’s Gibson House Community Center.

All nine early-voting locations are as follows:

  • Burlington Township: Faith Deliverance Worship Center, 1304 Route, 130 North
  • Chesterfield: Chesterfield Township Municipal Building, 295 Bordentown-Chesterfield Road
  • Cinnaminson: Cinnaminson Community Center, 902 Manor Road
  • Evesham: Blue Barn Recreational Facility, 1004 Tuckerton Road
  • Medford, Medford Township Municipal Building, 49 Union St.
  • Mount Laurel: Rowan College at Burlington County Student Success Center, 1500 College Circle
  • Pemberton Township: Pemberton Community Library, 16 Broadway
  • Tabernacle: Tabernacle Rescue Squad Building, 134 New Road
  • Willingboro: Willingboro public library, 220 Willingboro Way

They will operate during the early-voting period from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Any registered voter is eligible to cast their ballot at an early-voting location. Those who have already requested or received a vote-by-mail ballot will be required to vote with a provisional ballot.

All valid provisional ballots are counted in the vote totals for each election.

Vote by mail

Registered voters can still request a vote-by-mail ballot from the county clerk’s office until 3 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3. Applications are available online at https://www.co.burlington.nj.us/996/Vote-by-Mail-Information. All applications must be received by no later than Tuesday.

College students and voters living out of state should get their applications to the clerk’s office as quickly as possible. After Oct. 28, vote-by-mail requests can only be done in person at either the county elections building at 301 Harper Drive in Moorestown, or at the clerk’s office, 50 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly.

The final day to request and receive a vote-by-mail ballot is Nov. 3 at 3 p.m. Completed ballots can be placed in any of the 29 secure drop boxes throughout the county. A list is available at https://www.co.burlington.nj.us/2102/Secure-Ballot-Drop-Boxes.

Voters may also hand deliver vote-by-mail ballots to the county elections building or they can be sent there via the U.S. Postal Service. Completed ballots must be postmarked, placed in a secure drop box or hand-delivered to the election board before polls close at 8 p.m. on Nov. 4.

Voters with questions can call the county’s elections hotline at (609) 265-VOTE (8683).
