The mobile unit utilizes a 20-foot telescopic mast that is a height-adjustable support structure extending and retracting like a telescope. It raises the trailer’s high-definition, PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) camera to elevated positions, improving its field of view.

The new technology enhances situational awareness and support of ground operations. Recordings can be accessed locally or livestreamed remotely through an app. The unit also comes equipped with floodlights, loudspeakers and a fuel cell generator. Specialty cameras such as license plate recognition, thermal and panoramic are available upon request.

The remote surveillance solution allows for monitoring without a person being physically present, making them ideal for parking lots, job sites and public events. SecureLot camera trailers can either be powered directly through an outlet or generators, or using solar panels for greater energy efficiency.

The technology will also be deployed in key areas to help deter criminal activity and support investigations where needed.
