The Lenape Regional High School District Board of Education celebrated outstanding volunteerism at its annual Volunteer Appreciation Night last month, recognizing both students and parents from across the district for their dedication to helping others.
The event featured a video tribute highlighting each honoree’s service and included remarks from high- school principals about them.
“Our student volunteers lead with empathy and initiative, taking meaningful action to make a difference in their schools and communities,” said Assistant Superintendent Matthew Webb. “We are proud to recognize their commitment to making a positive impact.”
Each high school principal introduced their school’s 2025 Student Volunteer Award winner. They are:
● Krithik Alluri, Lenape High School
● Rex Jacobs, Shawnee High
● Hardik Agrawal, Cherokee High
● Christina Ruiz Chavez, Seneca High
Parent volunteer award winners are:
● Brian Barbash, Lenape High School
● Robert Hurley, Shawnee High
