Wednesday, Feb. 5

Stay & Play: Ages 6 years and under. 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Drop in for a special play time for children and their caregivers to socialize and explore. Enjoy some books, sensory toys, basketball, scavenger hunts, Duplos, crafts, and more. Stay & Play will end with a clean up song and bubbles. No registration required.

Gentle Chair Yoga: For adults and senior citizens. 2 to 3 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to join the library staff for this gentle chair yoga class led by a certified yoga instructor. Chair yoga is a wonderful way to move the body and increase flexibility while using a chair for support. This class is ideal for those who are very stiff, have limited mobility or have minor injuries. Participants should dress comfortably. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Friday, Feb. 7

Baby Time: Ages up to 18 months. 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to join the library staff for a fun-filled interactive event, which includes stories, rhymes, movement, and more. This class will focus on baby’s early language and literacy understanding through stories and repetitive rhymes or songs. Caregivers are encouraged to participate in this bonding experience. Baby Time is also a place to socialize with other families and meet new friends. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Monday, Feb. 10

Small Wonders Yoga: Ages 3 to 5 years. 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the Evesham Library. This yoga class is designed for preschool aged children. It will incorporate child-friendly yoga poses with stories/books, music, breathing exercises, and games. Children are encouraged to try the poses on their own, building self-confidence and body awareness. Classes are active and fun for all. Registration is required at www.bcls.lib.nj.us.

Stories and STEM: Ages 5 to 8 years. 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Young residents are invited listen to a great book then try a STEM challenge designed after the story. This month’s challenge is based off the book “The Love Letter” by Anika Aldamuy Denise.
