World Athlete Track Academy’s 18th season starts on Thursday, Jan. 9. Practices and meets are expected to be held at Moorestown High School. This is a six-week program and is for ages 5 to 14. Wellness Wisdom: Occupational Well-Being: Live Zoom Program. Well-being is an important part of living a healthy and fulfilled life. There are eight components of Wellness defined by SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration), which will be examined while suggesting ways to achieve them for better life-balance and stress reduction. This week personal satisfaction and enrichment from one’s work will be discussed. In partnership with the Monmouth County Library, this session will be conducted on Zoom.
