Snowflake run/walk set for Dec. 7

Registration is now open for the sixth annual Haddonfield Snowflake Certified 5K Run/Walk on Sat. Dec 7.

The event will again begin in Crows Woods, at Upland Way and East Atlantic Avenue, with sponsorship by a branch of Haddon Fortnightly. The race will benefit the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide and Jackson’s Wish and include a free yoga class for the first 80 who request it.

The event is rain or shine and will kick off at 9 a.m. after check-in from 7 to 8:30 a.m. There will be a costume contest at 8:30 and pre-race stretching by Mosiac Health at 8:30. The run/walk is ticketed and early registration ends Friday, though it can also be done that day.

There will be prizes in several categories, as well as tech shirts and snowflake medals. Refreshments are provided after the race. Learn more at https://www.haddonfieldsnowflakerun.com
