Mantua: Election results

Voters in Mantua went to the polls on Nov. 5 to elect members of the Mantua Township Committee, as well as the Clearview Regional and Mantua Township School District’s Board of Education (BOE) members.

The Gloucester County Board of Elections posted the results of each race on its website. All of which are unofficial until officially verified by a vote-counting process expected to take more than a week.

All results so far are as of Nov. 8.

Township Committee

Incumbent Democratic candidate and current mayor Robert Zimmerman leads with 4,767 votes while fellow Democrat Jason Snyder received 4,397. Republican candidates Kristin Goschler and Courtney Bracken received 4,328 and 4,286 votes, respectively. There were 12 total write-in votes.

Clearview BOE

In an uncontested race for a three-year term on the Clearview BOE, incumbent Sean Sepsey secured the win with 6,385 votes. There 318 write-in votes.

Mantua Township BOE

For the race for three, three-year term seats on the Mantua Township BOE, incumbent Stephanie DiAntonio has received the most votes with 4,221, followed by Tyler Grant with 3,986 votes and incumbent Michele Leach with 3,575.

John Steen received 3,402 votes and incumbent Karen Vick received 3,229. There were 126 write-in votes.
