Monroe Board of Education meeting at 7 p.m., Williamstown High School.

Monroe Planning Board meeting at 6:30 p.m., 125 Virginia Ave.

Economic Development Commission presents Melodies on Main from 6-8 p.m. between Bluebell Road and Washington Ave. The night will feature Anger Management Band, face painting, bounce house, live music, vendors and local businesses.

Friday, Oct. 18

The Food Pantry is open from 9:30-11:30 a.m. located on the bottom level of the Clubhouse, 408 Church St. Williamstown. For more information call (856) 728-9841.

Friday and Saturday, Oct. 18-19

Monroe Township Office of Emergency Management is hosting free 12-hour Disaster Preparedness and Survival training that is open to the public. This training is being taught by Texas A&M and is funded through FEMA. The in-person class will be held 6-10 p.m., Oct. 18 and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 19. Those interested must attend both days. Saturday, Oct. 19

Fall Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Owens Park.

Halloween parade from 7-9:30 p.m., Main Street.

Monroe Township Police Explorers

Meetings first and third Monday each month at 7 p.m., Monroe Township police headquarters. Open to those ages 14-21. Learn career-based skills designed to educate and prepare for a career in law enforcement or criminal justice.
