The prosecutor’s office received four tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about an individual uploading files of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). An investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at Cocco’s residence, where several electronic devices allegedly belonging to him were found.

Forensic analysis of the devices found they contained 41,446 images and 103 videos of CSAM, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Cocco faces 10 years in state prison if he’s convicted.
