The event, themed “Vision, Voice and Velocity: Accelerating K–12 Tech Leadership,” will bring together educators and technology leaders from across the state to explore the future of innovation, cybersecurity and AI in schools.

As a nationally recognized author and thought leader in the emerging field of AI Literacy and Ethics, Kersznowski’s talk will center on the critical need for schools to intentionally teach AI literacy to prepare students for a rapidly evolving digital world.

Her talk will weave together engaging examples, insights and humor as she explores 10 key themes from her recently published book, “The Educator’s Guidebook for Teaching AI Literacy and Ethics.”

“I’m deeply honored to share the message that every educator has a role to play in preparing students for the age of artificial intelligence,” Kersznowski said. “AI literacy is about empowering both teachers and students to use these new tools responsibly, ethically and creatively, and always with critical thinking as a guiding principle.”
