Unofficial: Voorhees Township election results

Voters in Voorhees went to the polls on Nov. 4 to elect representatives to the Eastern Camden County Regional School District Board of Education and the Voorhees Township Board of Education.

The Camden County Clerk’s Office has posted results from the election on its website that are unofficial until a vote-counting process that could take more than a week is complete.

Vote totals do not include late mail-in and provisional ballots; they are expected to be tallied at a later date.

Eastern Camden County Regional Board of Education – Voorhees

Five candidates vied for two seats on the Eastern Camden County Regional Board of Education to represent Voorhees including incumbents Jude Brown and Hillary J. Garr.

As of Nov. 7, Jude Brown leads with 4,953 votes, followed by Candidate Gabrielle Kuper with 4,777 votes.

Assunta “Suzie” Barone has received 2,884 votes, Garr has received 2,508 votes and Randi Stoopler has received 2,500 votes.

Voorhees Township Board of Education

The election race for three open seats was uncontested.

As of Nov. 7, Incumbent Maureen R. Rutter has received the most votes with 8,135 votes, followed by incumbent Jacob Rosner with 8,125 votes and candidate Alison Smyth has received 8,042 votes.
