The For the Kids healthy snack program started in 2017 and is a partnership between the
Voorhees Breakfast Rotary and the township business community. The initiative provides
healthy snacks to our teachers to offer at their discretion to students in need.

A simple snack can have a dramatic impact on our children’s health and learning ability. Healthy snacks are especially crucial for growing children because they need to refuel throughout the day to maintain energy and focus. The For the Kids program has provided thousands of snacks to children over the years, particularly those students at Osage School.

The program is currently seeking sponsors to support the 2024-’25 initiative. Nine $500 monthly sponsorships are available. Each sponsor of the month will be named the contributor for all distributions for the sponsored month. All donations will be used to fund the program. Volunteer staff handles all fundraising operations and ensures teachers have an ongoing supply. For more information or to be a sponsor, contact the Voorhees Breakfast Rotary Club at voorheesbreakfastrc@gmail.com.
