A Voorhees-based health care and technology company has once again secured its place among the fastest-growing businesses in the area by earning its fourth Philadelphia100 Award.

MetaSense Inc. ranks 70th on the prestigious list compiled by the Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia. For CEO and founder Dr. Jatin V. Mehta, the recognition represents far more than impressive metrics. It is, he said, a reflection of trust from hospital systems managing nationwide staffing shortages and nurses seeking meaningful career opportunities, as well as trust in MetaSense’s mission to support the nation’s health-care infrastructure.

“Earning the Philadelphia100 Award for the fourth time tells us that this is not a one-time spike, but instead a result of our mission,” Mehta said. “Through unity, harmony and oneness, all goals are possible. On the practical side, we have kept on being a trusted engine for hospitals and health-care professionals across the region.

“It validates our model and helps us stay competitive in a challenging field.”

MetaSense’s growth is fueled by its health-care division, which partners with hospital systems nationwide to address critical staffing needs. The company provides rapid access to pre-screened, specialized travel nurses; clinicians; and allied health professionals, while maintaining high standards in compliance and personalized placement.

Mehta said the company’s approach to trust building is deliberate and rooted in accountability.

“Building trust is as simple as delivering on the promises from the beginning and never striving for anything less than perfect,” he noted. “That means careful credentialing and matching, which can take thorough research and time, but it’s worth it, because it lets our hospital partners rely on us. For nurses, it means clear pay packages and constant support to ensure they’re matched with a place worthy of their talent.”

A major part of MetaSense’s success is its proprietary job-matching platform, MetaJobs, now available on both the App Store and Google Play. It’s designed to simplify and modernize the job search for nurses.

“MetaJobs is our digital front door for nurses,” Mehta explained. “They can search hundreds of health-care opportunities by location, specialty, pay and shift, then apply in just a few clicks. Behind the scenes, our recruiters and technology work together to match each nurse with roles that fit their goals.

“The platform turns the job search from a stressful, manual process into a guided experience that helps nurses build a career, not just find their next contract.”

MetaSense’s core values of unity, harmony and oneness guide every aspect of its operations, according to Mehta, and serve a purpose far deeper than branding or messaging.

“Unity means we see hospitals, nurses and our internal team as one ecosystem working toward the same goal, better patient outcomes,” he said. “Harmony means we focus on the right match skills, culture and support, so a nurse can walk onto a unit and feel set up to succeed, not just plugged in to fill a gap.

“Oneness reminds us that every assignment affects patients, families, coworkers and the nurse’s own family at home.”

Mehta believes MetaSense’s future will be defined by intentional growth and deeper partnerships with health systems across the country.

“Our priority is to deepen, not just widen, our impact,” he pointed out. “We want to strengthen long-term partnerships with health systems that need a strategic workforce ally, not just a staffing vendor. That means using data to help them plan for the next five years, not just the next schedule.”

MetaSense also plans continued investment in MetaJobs and related technologies to give nurses more choice, transparency and control over their careers.

“We are focused on the well-being and professional growth of everyone under our umbrella,” he related, “as we expand our footprint in the national health-care workforce.”
