Police seek suspect in gas theft

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect and vehicle involved in a gas theft at the Royal Farms in Berlin on the afternoon of July 9.

According to authorities, the incident occurred at about 4:54 p.m., when the suspect stole fuel from the gas station. Surveillance images of both the individual and the vehicle have been released by Berlin Borough police as part of an ongoing investigation.

Residents with any information about the suspect’s identity or the vehicle are urged to contact police directly at (856) 783-4900, by email at Detective@berlinpolice.net or anonymously at berlinpolice.net/anonymous-tips.

Police emphasize that all tips will remain confidential. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
