Vantage Commercial, of Cherry Hill and Philadelphia, recently signed a new tenant bringing a premium salon suite concept to 942 South Delsea Drive, known locally as JD Plaza. The new lease brings the shopping center’s retail space to full occupancy. At press time the tenant has not been identified.
This new personal care addition will feature individualized salon suites designed for local beauty and wellness professionals.
The 1,552-square-foot space further diversifies the tenant mix and strengthens the center’s position as a go-to destination for local residents. according to Vanguard. A 9,695 square-foot warehouse space in the rear of the property remains available for lease.
The shopping center features a strong lineup of local amenities that collectively drive steady daily traffic and enhance the overall customer experience. The addition of the new salon suite concept builds upon this momentum, offering an elevated personal care option for the surrounding community.
Current tenants at the plaza include Total Wireless, Boost Mobile, Crumbs Café, R&D, Cash Outlet and Magic Touch Balloon Decor and Party Hall.
