Red, White & Blueberry Kabobs

12 Jersey Fresh grape tomatoes

12 small Jersey Fresh basil leaves (or cut large leaves of basil into smaller pieces)

3 strips bacon, cooked and cut into 12 pieces

12 mozzarella balls

12 Jersey Fresh blueberries

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

12 toothpicks

1. To assemble the kabobs, start with a tomato then basil, bacon and mozzarella. Top with a blueberry.

2. Arrange kabobs on a plate.

3. Drizzle with olive oil.

4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
