The Spot at The Ave, Vineland’s popular indoor marketplace, has announced a major expansion of its retail space, creating new opportunities for local entrepreneurs, artists, and small business owners to grow and thrive in the heart of downtown.

Located at 618 E. Landis Avenue in Vineland, The Spot has become a go-to destination for shoppers seeking unique, handcrafted, and vintage items, antiques, and collectibles, as well as boutique fashion, home décor, and specialty gifts. With over 80 vendors already under one roof, this expansion will allow for additional vendor spaces to accommodate the growing demand from both shoppers and small businesses.

“This expansion is a reflection of the incredible support we’ve received from the community over the past 10 years,” said Robin Hope, manager of The Spot. “We’re thrilled to provide more space for new vendors to bring their ideas to life and be part of a creative, supportive retail environment.”

The Spot opened with five vendors in 2015 when the Landis MarketPlace (LMP) closed. Five of the vendors from the LMP moved across the street, and 10 years later, three of them still are in business, along with nearly 80 others that make up the rich and varied marketplace that shoppers know and love.

The newly added retail areas are designed to be flexible and affordable, making it easy for first-time business owners or seasoned sellers to set up shop. The Spot provides built-in foot traffic, a collaborative atmosphere, and a dedicated management team focused on vendor success.

Interested vendors are encouraged to visit. For details on becoming a vendor, visit spotattheave.com, stop by 618 E. Landis Avenue, Vineland, or call 856-839-2825.
