The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland County held a session for Mental Health Awareness Month through its Positive Action, a club-based character development program. Youth member Jaxon S. helped facilitate the session, which focused on emotions and stress, emphasizing that when you feel overwhelmed it is best to get support and help. Many people wear green to symbolize hope, strength and emotional support for those affected by mental illness.
