The fourth annual Christmas village featuring Christmas décor, gifts, trees, jewelry, live music, food trucks and activities for the whole family will take place at Veterans Park from 3 to 9 p.m. Enjoy a visit with Santa, free carousel rides for kids and the Mainstage Choir performance at 6 p.m., followed by the tree lighting at 6:30. The Gloucester Township Historic and Scenic Preservation Committee will host a holiday open house at Gabreil Daveis Tavern Museum from 1 to 4 p.m. Guests can take photos with Santa and listen to holiday music. The event is free.

Free carousel rides at Veterans Park on Friday, from 5 to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 2 to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 3 to 8 p.m.

Mayor’s toy drive for local children in need The recreation center at 80 Broadacres Drive in Gloucester Township will also accept letters to Santa.
