Toni D. Pierre, age 23, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026, at Virtua Health Hospital in Voorhees. She was born on April 3, 2003, in Staten Island, NY. She was a resident of Voorhees.
Toni was the beloved child of Dexter Pierre and the late Noreena Burris. She is survived by a loving family, including uncles and aunts Heather Ogidan, Olabode Ogidan, Toney Burris, Keturah Burris, Nola Brooks and Marilyn Burris. Toni is also remembered by cousins Jason Burris, Olabode Ogidan, Jr., Dr. Noreena Ogidan, Deidre Washington, Janelle Corbin, Judy Radgman, Semoy Burris, Avernelle Manswell, Jayselle Vincent, Patrice and Shanelle Brooks, numerous extended family members, and dear friends Francie Forteau and Marcelline Als.
Toni was predeceased by her mother, Noreena Burris, aunt Esther Washington, and uncles Hilton, Michael and Royland Burris.
Family and friends attended her viewing at the McCann-Healey Funeral Home, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, where her Funeral Service was celebrated. Burial will be on Thursday, Sept. 3, at 2 p.m. at Waterford Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Voorhees Pediatric.
