Senior strength training

Harrison Township’s Active Adults program hosts 55-plus strength training classes at the American Legion Post 452 every week. The next session is Thursday from 11 a.m. to noon. The classes are taught by a certified instructor to promote health, well-being, flexibility and overall fitness.

The Thursday sessions are for seniors 55 and over and there is a fee for attendance. For more information, contact Debbie Wagner at (856) 478-0824 or email activeadults@harrisontwp.us.
