The Harrison Township Recreation Commission will host a kindergarten readiness camp from Monday, Aug. 18, to Thursday, Aug. 21, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. each day at William Wilt Soccer Complex. An instructor will help kids practice writing and cutting, work with manipulatives in math and learn letter sounds. Social skills are included, such as sharing, walking in a line, sitting in a circle and listening. Space is limited. Register and pay a non-refundable fee at signupgenius.com.
