Chair yoga with active adults

Harrison Township’s Active Adults program for seniors 55 and older is hosting chair yoga classes every Tuesday at American Legion Post 452. The next class will take place Tuesday from 11 a.m. to noon.

This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is led by a certified yoga instructor who uses a chair for support to show participants how to improve flexibility, balance and strength while relieving stress.
