The township library will host local author JoAnn Laughlin at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, to discuss her new book, “Stratton Hall: A House with a Name.”

The book focuses on the hall – located in Woolwich – and the doctor who lived there, James Stratton, both of whom date back to the Revolutionary War era. Stratton was a surgeon in the conflict and the hall is on the National Register of Historic Homes.
