Free women’s health expo

Rowan College at Burlington County will host a free women’s health expo as part of Women’s Heart Month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7, at its Student Success Center.

This event will offer free health screenings like blood pressure, blood sugar and sleep apnea, one-on-one time with Deborah physicians, chair massages, a heart-healthy cooking demo with Emmy Award–winning Chef Christina Pirello, shopping with local vendors, a designer handbag prize drawing and expert insights on women’s heart health.

Those interested in getting their blood sugar checked must fast for at least four hours prior to the screening. An RSVP is not required to attend.
