Voters in Moorestown Township went to the polls on Nov. 4 and elected members for the school board of education.
The Burlington County Clerk’s Office has posted results from the election on its website, all of which are unofficial until a vote-counting process that could take more than a week is complete.
Vote totals do not include late mail-in and provisional ballots; they are expected to be tallied at a later date.
Moorestown Township Board of Education
Five candidates vied for the three, three-year term seats on the board of education. As of Nov. 5, Candidate Caitlin Berman leads with 5,084 votes followed by incumbents Danielle Miller with 5,072 votes and Claudine Morano with 4,717 votes.
Candidate Saima Bhutta has received 3,862 votes and Candidate Aysha Hasan has received 3,298 votes.
There are 286 write-in votes.
