Baby and me meetup. Moorestown Library. 10 a.m.

Nocturnal Birds. Long Bridge Park. 895 Deacon Road. During this walk attendees will learn about the American Woodcock while hopefully observing their unusual courtship display performed at dusk. Bird observations are not guaranteed. Inspiring Craft Day. Moorestown Library. This program is for ages 5 to 12. Teen volunteers will help children create crafts for breast cancer patients. Register on the library website.

Artist reception: Marcy Rosner. Moorestown Library. Rosner’s mosaics will be featured throughout the month in the library’s lobby display case and Community Art Gallery. MONDAY, March 10

Baby time. Moorestown Library. 10 a.m. This program is for ages 0 to 2.

Knitting group meetup. Moorestown Library. 10:30 a.m. All levels of skill are welcome. Advanced knitters will be available for teaching and assistance.

Open play time. Moorestown Library. 10:30 a.m. This program is for children of all ages.

International cinema and discussion night. Moorestown Library. Participants will enjoy old and contemporary movies from around the world, including but not limited to Europe, South America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. This program will feature the 1982 Italian film, “The Night of the Shooting Stars.” Register on the library website.

Township council meeting. West Second Street. 7 p.m.

Zumba. Burlington County Agricultural Center. This program will be led by fitness instructor Aldona. Zumba incorporates a variety of dance moves, promotes a healthy heart and a healthy dose of aerobic activity, is a great way to build and tone muscles, improves cardio, promotes flexibility, and, best of all, decreases stress. Healthy Hike Series: Exploring Habitat Succession. Burlington County Fairgrounds. Participants will explore a different park ecosystem each month to learn how habitats and the species that occupy them change over time. TUESDAY, March 11

Story time. Moorestown Library. 10 a.m. This program is for ages 3 and up.

International Literature Book Club. Moorestown Library. Select a title of your choice to discuss at the book event. Facilitator Scarlett Catalfamo will lead the discussion. Register on the library website.

Open Space Advisory Committee meeting. West Second Street. 7 p.m.

Tree Planting and Preservation Committee meeting. West Second Street. 7:30 p.m.

Tobata by Toby. Burlington County Lyceum of History and Natural Sciences. Tobata by Toby is an interval class focused on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance with featured movements in intervals followed by a rest period. Attendees are encouraged to bring an exercise mat, exercise resistance bands and/or dumbbells. Registration for this program is required on the county website at www.co.burlington.nj.us.

Beginners Country Line Dancing. Burlington County Lyceum of History and Natural Sciences. This program will be led by instructor Jeremy Duncan. Registration for this program is required on the county website at www.co.burlington.nj.us.

Yoga. Burlington County Lyceum of History and Natural Sciences. Participants will practice vinyasa-style yoga with an emphasis on strength with a sequence of postures that flow with breath to cultivate focus, alignment, stamina and flexibility. This class will be taught to all levels with variations and options throughout the practice. WEDNESDAY, March 12

Friends Board of Trustees meeting. Moorestown Library. 7 p.m. This is a meeting of the Friends Board of Trustees. Friends members are welcome to attend. Register on the library website.

Talk Saves Lives: An Introduction to Suicide Prevention. Moorestown Library. Talk Saves Lives: An Introduction to Suicide Prevention is the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s (AFSP) flagship suicide prevention education program that covers the scope of this leading cause of death, what the research has found to be the warning signs and risk factors of suicide, and the strategies that prevent it. AFSP’s mission is to save lives and to bring hope to those affected by suicide. Register on the library website.

Burlington County Board of Commissioners public meeting. 49 Rancocas Road. 7 p.m.

Opera roundtable. Moorestown Library. Join Bill Holt, opera aficionado and founder of the library’s Opera Roundtable, for a discussion of The Metropolitan Opera’s upcoming HD simulcast “Fidelio.” This program will be held both in-person and online. Register on the library website.

Sustainable Moorestown Committee meeting. West Second Street. 7 p.m.

Moonlit Trail Walk Series. Burlington County Fairgrounds. Explore the parks with a park naturalist and ranger for an opportunity to listen and watch for nocturnal wildlife while admiring the night sky and a waxing gibbous moon. Registration for this program is required on the county website at www.co.burlington.nj.us.
