The following is a notice to the Environmental Advisory Committee and Open Space Advisory Committee (OSAC) regarding both committees’ 2026 meeting schedules:
Although meeting dates were placed on the calendar for 2026, the governing body did not make any new appointments to either committee at its Jan. 5 reorganization meeting. As a result, the Moorestown Environmental Advisory Committee (MEAC) and Open Space Committee currently do not have quorums and are unable to meet.

Accordingly, all MEAC and OSAC meetings are suspended until further notice. Meetings will remain suspended unless and until the governing body makes appointments, reorganizes the committee or takes other formal action.
