Evesham township’s municipal offices will expand daily hours of service over four days for summer, beginning after Memorial Day.

Hours from Monday through Thursday will be 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The earlier openings and later closings are designed to give the public extra time to access municipal services during the week. Offices will be closed on Friday.

The township will return to a Monday through Friday schedule of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. after Labor Day.

The new hours apply only to offices – including police civilian staff – at the municipal complex, 984 Tuckerton Road. Residents who require services unavailable on a Friday in summer should contact the township manager office in advance at (856) 983-2900, ext. 4421.

Residents should also note that the public works and open-space departments, as well as Indian Spring Golf Course staff and police officers, are not subject to the summer schedule. The Evesham library will maintain regular hours.
