Wednesday, Dec. 3

Adult Yarn Group: For adults. 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Come join other knitters and crocheters for a fun and relaxing time to work on a current project and chat about ideas, patterns and tips. This is not an instructional class, it provides residents the opportunity to learn as a group from each other.

Thursday, Dec. 4

Gentle Chair Yoga: For adults. 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. at the Evesham Library. This gentle yoga session encourages participants to relax their mind, move their body and increase their flexibility while using a chair for support. This class is ideal for those who feel stiffness or have limited mobility. This program is presented by a certified yoga instructor, who has been teaching since 2013.  Registration is required at www.bclsnj.bibliocommons.com.

Marlton Senior Citizen Club: For ages 55 years and up. 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 535 East Main Street. All senior citizens ages 55 and older are welcome to attend these meetings. Meetings take place every first and third Thursday of the month at the Gibson House Community Center. Participants may enjoy coffee, donuts, regularly scheduled games, and other entertainment. Winter Gingerbread Houses: For ages 5 years and up. 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Kids are invited to join the library to make their own winter gingerbread house. All supplies will be provided. Registration is required at www.bclsnj.bibliocommons.com.

Friday, Dec. 5

Zendoodle Time: For ages 10 to 12 years. 4 to 4:45 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Art is a healthy way to relax and refocus. Using the Zentangle doodling method, kids in this class can both relax and create a stunning piece of art with little stress. Participants are encouraged to bring music to listen to. Monday, Dec. 8

Stories and STEM: For ages 6 to 9 years. 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to listen to a book and try a STEM challenge related to the story. This month’s challenge is pumpkin themed. Registration required at www.bclsnj.bibliocommons.com.

The Great Family Puzzle Race: For all ages. 6 to 8 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Do you and your family like to work on jigsaw puzzles together? In this class, participants have 2 hours to compete against other families to earn bragging rights to the title of Evesham Library Puzzle Champions. Participants should only register once for their entire team. This is a family friendly event. Puzzles are 500 pieces. Teams should be comprised of 4 people.
