Wednesday, May 21

Stay & Play: Ages 3 to 5 years. 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited drop in for a special play time for children and their caregivers to socialize and explore. Enjoy some books, sensory toys, basketball, scavenger hunts, Duplos, crafts, and more. Stay & Play will end with a mini-dance time and bubbles. No registration required.

Adult Yarn Group: Ages 18 years and up. 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Residents are invited to join other knitters and crocheters for a fun and relaxing time to work on a current project and discuss ideas, patterns, and tips. This is not an instructional class, but is an opportunity to learn as a group from each other. No registration required.

Intro to Excel: Ages 18 years and up. 2 to 4 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Get started with Microsoft Excel. Students will learn the basics of Excel, from getting familiar with the interface to using pre-made templates to setting up spreadsheets with simple functions and visual styling. Alternatives to Excel, as well as how to set up and maintain a personal home budget, will also be covered. Registration is required at www.bclsnj.bibliocommons.com.

ELL – Conversation Circle: Ages 18 years and up. 2 to 3 p.m. at the Evesham Library. This event is designed for English language learners who want to practice their language skills in a safe and supportive social space. These regular events will feature a variety of topics- including introducing oneself, sharing interests, exploring traditions, and more. No registration required.

Thursday, May 22

Young Masters: Ages 6 to 12 years. 4 to 4:45 p.m. at the Evesham Library. Participants in this event will learn a little about an artist or art technique, and then create a piece of art inspired by the lesson. This week the class continuing the Elements of Art series. Friday, May 23

Homeschool DIY: Ages 6 to 12 years. 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Evesham Library. This program welcomes all who want to learn a hands-on crafting activity. This month the class will be making cyanotypes. Participants are recommended to wear clothes that can get dirty. Registration is required at www.bclsnj.bibliocommons.com.

Tuesday, May 27

Writers of the Lost Ink: Ages 16 to 18 years. 6 to 7 p.m. at the Evesham Library. This is a writing group where young adults will get to share writing samples, follow creative prompts, and workshop current projects together. This is not an instructive class but rather meant to be a group setting where young adults can help one another with their skills. No registration required.
