The Mantua Township Municipal Utilities Authority will begin its fall hydrant flushing on Sunday, Sept. 28, a process that will take about a week.
Residents may experience a temporary drop in water pressure and/or slight discoloration of the water.
“Please contact your plumber in reference to your fire suppression system,” said Public Works Superintendent Paul Pheasant. “Please take proper measures for your facility while we are exercising our flushing procedures.
“We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.”
