Mantua Township’s Emily Cooney – the newly crowned Miss Stars and Stripes and a contender for the Miss New Jersey title in June – is spearheading a holiday donation drive to benefit the residents of the Vineland Veterans Home.

Cooney is gathering toiletries, clothing, gift cards, 2GB flash drives, tissues, refreshments, deodorant, new batteries (AA, AAA and C), electric razors and other necessities. Donations can be dropped off at the Mantua VFW, 8 New York Ave.
