Mantua United Methodist Church (UMC) will host a trunk or treat Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. Kids will be able to get a head start on collecting candy for Halloween with provided trick-or-treat bags. The event will also feature a DJ, food and drinks.

Attendance is free but participants are encouraged to bring a donation for Operation Christmas Child, a shoebox loaded with gifts for children in need. For more information, reach out to Sunday school superintendent Susan Fuchs by emailing smilingsusan4@gmail.com.
